We offer discounted rates for weekly, bi-weekly or every-4-week recurring services. We start with a deep cleaning or move in/out cleaning for every first cleaning to establish routine services.

Window track: 25.00 (each)
Scrub tile or vinyl floors with brush: 40.00 per room (250 sq ft)
Interior walls: 40.00 per room (250 sq ft)
Hard water stains/buildup in toilet: 35.00 (each)
Hard water stains or soap residue buildup in bathtub or shower: 45.00–120.00 (per bathroom)
Collect trash: 25.00 (per 30 minutes, per cleaner)

Heavy-duty cleaning

Our cleaners are extremely thorough in completing all the duties in our cleaning packages. Please read above to see exactly what’s included in our move-in/move-out cleaning.

If some areas in the home haven't been cleaned for several months or years and need a little more TLC, please let us know so we can advise you about a heavy-duty cleaning and leave your home looking it's best! Areas that have a long-term buildup of trash, grease, or dirt, might need scraping, soaking or scrubbing that isn't already included in our cleaning packages.
