  • We service Tucson, including surrounding areas such as Vail, Green Valley, Sahuarita and Tanque Verde. Please enter your zip code in our booking tool to confirm whether your address is within our service area.

    If your location is outside our standard service area, please call or text us. We may still be able to accommodate your request with an additional travel fee.

  • We price based on the square footage and the number of bedrooms and bathrooms in the home. Visit our Services Page to see our prices, or see your price shown instantly in our booking tool upon entering your home information.

    Note: Please select the most accurate square footage category. We will call to adjust it if the selected square footage isn’t accurate.

  • We will gladly take your booking through phone call Monday through Sunday, from 7am to 7pm. If we don’t answer, please leave a voicemail with your name and phone number and we’ll call you back as soon as we can.

  • Of course! On our Services Page we describe exactly what’s included in each cleaning package. We offer extra services like cleaning inside your fridge and inside the oven. Choose any additional services you need in our booking tool.

    If you need services that we don’t offer yet, or if your home needs more TLC than what’s already included in our packages, please add heavy-duty cleaning to your booking and we’ll give you a call to discuss exactly what you need.

  • We provide premium, professional cleaning services for Airbnb and short‑term rentals. Our standard recurring service rates apply to all short‑term rental cleanings and are non‑negotiable.

    Before requesting service, please review our recurring service pricing to ensure it fits your budget.

    Turnover services such as laundry, inspections, and restocking supplies are not included and may be added for an additional fee. Custom quotes are provided only for hosts requiring turnover services. We do not provide free visits, walkthrough or in-person quotes. All quotes are based on the information you provide about your property. 

    If you’re looking for the lowest-priced cleaning option, we may not be the right fit. If you value consistency, reliability, and high-quality service, we’d be happy to work with you!

  • Yes! We supply all of the cleaning products and tools to clean your home. We can accommodate special requests, such as using exclusively green products when we clean your home.

  • We do not offer the following services:

    • Cleaning chemical or biological waste.

    • Cleaning when there’s bugs or rodents in the home (roaches, bed bugs, mice, rats, droppings).

    • Floor waxing, buffing or polishing.

    • Cleaning garages and patios.

    • Cleaning high-up places that we can’t reach with extending poles.

    • Cleaning outdoor or hard-to-reach windows.

    • Odor removal.

    • Cigarette tar and nicotine/tobacco residue.

    • Unloading dishwasher and hand-washing dishes.

    • Organizing or decluttering.

    • Removing pet hair from furniture or upholstery.

    • Cleaning areas in the home more than once if they get dirty whilst we are cleaning (due to pets, construction, etc.)

    For their safety, our cleaners cannot:

    • Move or lift furniture or heavy objects.

    • Climb on top of furniture.

    • Work outdoors.

    • Climb ladders (we use extending poles to clean hard-to-reach places).

  • We do not specialize in cleaning up pet hair, but we’ll get what we can with our customary cleaning techniques. We don’t charge a pet fee. Keep in mind that it’s not uncommon for pet hair to resettle after sweeping and vacuuming.

  • All homes and apartments must have the following:

    • Someone present to allow our cleaners access to the home, or clear entry instructions provided in advance.

    • Running water with full access throughout the home.

    • Electricity and working light bulbs throughout the home.

    • Air conditioning set to a reasonable temperature during service.

    • No active pest issues, including but not limited to roaches, bed bugs, mice, rats, or droppings.

    • Pets secured and out of harm’s way during the cleaning.

    • Accurate booking details, including truthful information about the condition of the home and selection of the appropriate cleaning package.

    We recommend that the space be clutter-free prior to our arrival so we can clean all accessible areas thoroughly. If trash removal or item collection is needed, this service must be selected as an add-on during booking.

  • Our cleaners are very important to us, and they are compensated with the most competitive pay possible. Tips are not required, but always appreciated! Feel free to give our cleaning professional a tip. You can tip in cash or let us know how much you would like to tip, and we’ll process it via your credit card.

  • All our cleaners are able to communicate in English to ensure clear communication during your service.

  • Absolutely. We pride ourselves on maintaining trusting relationships with our customers. All of our professionals are interviewed in-person and pass a rigorous nationwide background check.

  • Absolutely! We run a strict nationwide background check on all applicants as the last step in our pre-screening process.
